Retouching a pageant headshot is more than just normal photo editing. Each image we retouch takes 30 minutes to an hour of work to perfect. We soften the skin, brighten up the eyes and remove any stray hairs, amongst other things.

Looks are basically wardrobe changes during a shoot. If you want to add a look to the total allowed in the session package you chose, feel free to add them in as needed.

Our typical photo delivery is 4-6 weeks, if not a little sooner. If you are in a rush and need images quickly, you can choose to add this option. Images delivered within 7 days. Image retouching fee still applies on images that are not included in your session.

This is an option if you chose the Build Your Session package or want to add on from one of the other packages. These images are meant for sharing on social media or through other digital mediums. Not suitable for printing.

If you like all the images in your proofing gallery and just want to purchase them all. Additional images will be lightly edited but not fully retouched. What is the Build Your Session Package?
Yes! We require a $250 deposit to schedule your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Yes, any chosen and retouched image requires a matching print purchase at the minimum. Any finished digital image you receive is low resolution, not suitable for print. We work closely with our lab to ensure color accuracy and archival quality. We control our printed images to ensure the best image quality for our clients.
First and foremost, relax and take a deep breath. We like to have fun on our shoots because attitude shows on camera. You'll need to arrive with hair and makeup ready to get full advantage of your time in studio. Bring as many outfits as you like for look choices.
We recommend having a professional artist do your hair and makeup. Good hair and makeup are as important, if not more, than us capturing the images. These artists are trained to make you look your best. Since you are investing in professional headshots, it makes sense to look your absolute best! If you need recommendations on local artists, please let us know. We can refer you to the best local options. Keep in mind, these artists often book quickly so be sure to schedule them accordingly.
Any standard shoot will be at 1-2 hours in length.
After the shoot, we'll send over your proofs via an online gallery, unless you choose a package with onsite photographer review. From here, you'll choose your favorites based on the amount of images in your session. For example, if you chose the Premium Session, you would have to choose 5 images for us to retouch and edit for final delivery.
Once payment is received in full, we will start the editing process. It can take 2-4 weeks for delivery of photos. Be sure to schedule your session in enough time for pageant submissions. There is also an optional rush fee if you need them more quickly.
Once you make your image selections, you'll receive those images in a low resolution digital format. This is great for sharing on social media or with family and friends.
Just as the name implies, build your session just how you want. The base session fee is $275 and you'll choose your add ons. For example, if you want 2 images, the price would be $410, including 2 8x10 prints. Base Fee + 2 retouched images and the base print option. We are including two looks for no additional fee!
